We have established a corresponding service system for engineering contractor customers, and assign dedicated contact persons for bulk procurement customers. During the order production process, the contact person will regularly synchronize the production progress, feedback the actual production line status, and arrange mid-term inspection and final inspection links. After the goods are delivered, we will provide customs clearance documents and track the logistics status. After the customer signs for receipt, we will conduct a batch delivery acceptance return visit. If there are product quality problems or transportation damage, the after-sales staff will follow up and handle them. All products come with a one-year warranty service. For quality problems caused by non-human damage during the warranty period, we can provide maintenance and parts replacement services.

We have formulated payment terms for different order types. For conventional stock models, the settlement method is 30% advance payment and 70% balance paid before shipment; for customized development orders, the sample making and mold opening fee shall be paid first. After the sample is confirmed by the customer, 50% of the total order amount shall be paid as the production advance payment. After the mass production is completed and passes the final inspection, the remaining 50% balance shall be settled before shipment. For bulk procurement orders, tiered discounts can be provided according to the order volume. Currently, we support settlement in a variety of mainstream currencies, and all payment processes are subject to the formal Proforma Invoice (PI) confirmed by both parties.

Export orders adopt standard foreign trade protective packaging. The interior is buffered with pearl cotton and foam lining, and the outer layer is matched with thickened corrugated cartons, which can reduce the impact of bump and extrusion during long-distance transportation. We can adjust the packaging plan according to customer requirements, including customized brand color boxes, adding exclusive logos, and supporting multilingual manuals. Currently, we support EXW and FOB trade terms, and can assist customers with export services such as booking, customs declaration and container loading. The production cycle of standard orders of 1000-3000 units is 30-45 days, and the specific delivery time can be negotiated and adjusted according to the order volume.
